As we move through the reflective season of fall and draw close to beginning of winter’s stillness, it is an invitation to slow down, release, and turn inward. Join us for a sacred breathwork experience designed to help you tune into your body, mind, and soul. In this session, we will use intentional breath patterns to release what no longer serves, reconnect with our inner rhythms, and cultivate clarity and peace.

Breathwork offers a powerful gateway to self-awareness, helping us process emotions, reset the nervous system, and unlock the wisdom within. Whether you are new to breath practices or seasoned in your journey, this event will meet you exactly where you are. Come as you are, breathe, and align with the seasonal energies of transition and rest.

This gathering will be held in a supportive and gentle space where all are welcome. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, balanced, and ready to embrace the quieter energy of the coming months.

Yoga mat, blanket, journal, waterbottle, and any items to support your comfort

•No prior breathwork experience is necessary
